Support available:
• Full or part funding for your course of study
• You will develop skills, while learning about real-life challenges employees and employers face
• An internationally recoginised qualification

What do I need:
• A desire to learn and to work within the people profession.
• Time available to study (courses are offered flexibly and can fit around other
commitments)
• Access to a computer.
Prospective learners whose first language is not English must demonstrate a high
standard of both spoken and written English to register onto a CIPD qualification.

What qualifications does CIPD offer?
Foundation in People Practice (Level 3)
Associate Diploma in People Management or Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning
and Development (Level 5)
How do the qualifications compare to degree levels?
CIPD courses, both in HR and L&D, are available at three levels: Level 3 (Foundation) —
Equivalent level to A-Levels. Level 5 (Associate) — Equivalent level to an undergraduate
degree.

Other support provided
The bursary granted is able to support your qualification and membership costs. We are unable to support with funding for technology, transport or other living costs.
This opportunity is available to provide full or part bursary funding for the qualification course fee, and student membership fee. Funding will be provided directly to the centre of study and does not need to be paid back upon completion of your course.
Other resources offered will be a mentor within the Profession, career preparation advice and practice, networking opportunities and skills building online courses.

What flexibility do I have when studying?
We have many centres that provide our courses, some are completely remote and virtual,
others are Face-2-face locally or hybrid/blended. There is also flexibility with length of study
and time commitment.
