About this opportunity
The University offer two Sanctuary Scholarships, 1 Undergraduate and 1 Postgraduate. This will cover:
– Tuition fee costs for each year of study (3 yrs. for UG and 1 year for PGT)
– Study support bursary for each year of study to help with additional costs related to studying
– An welcome pack
– Support for students with university accommodation if required
– Ongoing pastoral support if required
Preference will be given to students who meet the following:
– Live a commutable distance to the university
– Studying their 1st degree (UG and PG)
– Unable to access UK Government Student Finance

Eligibility
Asylum seeker, Humanitarian protection, Temporary refugee permission, Limited or Discretionary Leave to Remain (private/family life), Other forms of sanctuary (including Calais Leave, Section 67 Leave, UASC leave and Stateless Leave), Other

An immigration status that means you can not access student finance support
